Volume is up about 10% on NASDAQ, fractionally higher on NYSE as the indices sport some decent gains. DJ30, SP400 breaking over resistance, SP500 trying. NASDAQ clears the April lower high. SOX is at the 50 day SMA, RUTX now closing in on the March peak.

Some good moves again, but oil stocks, up strong early, is on a downward dive the past 45 minutes.
Picked up some GOOG, NOW, took some gain on ARWR, RHT. Looking at VMW, possibly LRCX for new positions as well.
Decent action, starting higher, getting a test, recovering off that midmorning dip.
