In a surprise thus far, exit is in the lead by 3%. The pound has plunged to 1985 lows, the Dow's implied open is -550. Overly enthusiastic rally is getting its comeuppance tonight. Still more results to come but at this juncture 'exit' is the odds on favorite with 2/3 of the areas already reporting.

Japan's Financial Minister will hold a press conference at 1:15 local time. USD/JPY is diving and the Nikkei is diving as well.
